A tad small for liquor store, not very impressive displays due to the limited space, also has limited selections. Nonetheless you will find what you need. Staff are friendly.

Asked the cashier how he was doing when I went to pay and he looked at me like I wasn’t worth his time and just ignored me.Kinda getting sick of this type of stuff, and we need to do better as a community.

The store manager (or the supervisor) who's on duty on July 17th, 2023 was not professional and I don't think she is qualified to be the manager. She didn't honor the price tag on the shelf. "I was told by my boss that I can not honor the price tag which had already expired". Was that because LCBO belongs to Ontario govenment or that this manager has never heard about the "Scanner price accuracy code"?

On two separate occasions, the staff helped me pick some wines that would pair with salmon and lasagna. This is something I would never be able to figure out on my own. The displays are extremely organized, with all the bottles facing the same direction. I also like that they give Aeroplan points.

Elizabeth.W did not know how to read a valid Canadian passport, and was extremely disrespectful, ignorant and unwelcoming. I had to search up how to read a passport to show her where my year of birth was…Staff needs to be trained properly with customer service as well as ID procedures because that was embarrassing and unprofessional. Will not be back.
