Markville Mall Is Renovating Their Washrooms Right Now And You Have To Use These Disgusting Small Dirty Portapottys With No Lock Indicator To Tell You When Someone In That Fake Washroom Or Not This Is Completely Unacceptable And Would Only Be Ok If Markville Mall Had More Then One Set Of Public Washrooms But Since There Isn't It Is Completely Wrong I Would Love To See The CEO Of Cadillac Fairview Have Use One Of Those Small Fake Disgusting Washrooms I Would Recommended That Everyone Completely Avoid Coming To Markville Mall Until They Have Completed The Renovation Of The Washrooms And They Are Open Again

The body lotion I bought was not working properly. Store manager insisted that I used the product in a wrong way. She refused to exchange the product and kept saying I used the lotion the wrong way. She said that I should invert the bottle or upside down the bottle before I pressed the button to release the lotion. I wasn’t told when I purchased this lotion, otherwise I would just buy those in Walmart for way cheaper. The body lotion cost me $25 + tax and I only used for a few times. It became so liquid no more gas inside the bottle. If there is special instruction to dispense the lotion, the staff should let me know when I purchased. If I knew the special instruction to dispense this lotion, I would go for another lotion on Walmart or Costco. I personally don’t know this “Laline” brand, but I went in the store to browse, the staff was nice and said that their lotion was very good. So I give it a try. But it ended up wasting money for a nonsense product! I would just go to Costco to get the cheaper lotion with a pump and it’s much easier to use! Please don’t buy this lotion product from this store! It is unacceptable!! ??

The owner of the store is awful. Accidentally split something, apologized and they forced the customer to clean it up without even offering any cleaning supplies. This just speaks of their customer service. They will neither treat you or their staff well. They just want your money if anything. Never going again.

Went to Laline to get some Christmas gift and Yuki was just incredible in making sure I was able to get the gifts I was looking for. She went over and beyond and was so helpful. Despite the busyness of the store that day, she helped me wrap the gifts and provided me the bags and wrapping papers. She actually taught me how to make a flower with the wrapping paper and sprayed perfume on them to ensure my friends receive the gifts in the best possible way! Thank you, Yuki for making the experience so wonderful, highly recommended!

Visited the store for the first time last week. The sales rep was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and ingredients. She helped me choose an great exfoliator and also let me sample it. I will definitely be back and I have told all my friends about the amazing experience and wonderful products!

Very kind staff <3 special thank you to Neeta and Jing who really went above and beyond to help me with my Christmas gifts. Amazing customer service and products. Personally my favourite it the frozen pear fluffy body soap:) It was also very kind of them to take the time and wrap all my gifts for free!!! Super happy with my purchase and excited for the success if the store!

This might be my new to go selfcare store! So pretty, products are of great quality, and the staffs are so nice! I just bought something small and the employee not only gave me samples, but a discount coupon as well! She took the time to explain to not only explain about the products but the brand as well! I think she was the manager? Either way I had a great and positive experience. Will definitely come back for sure!

I would like to compliment Carol for the excellent service provided to me. She not only helped me to find a body mist and also patiently introduced other products to me which I'm interested. The body mist is so long lasting and does not make my skin sensitive. Her professionlism exceeded my expectation. I will definitely introduce friends to this store.

Terrible Service - the store manager rolled her eyes at me when I politely told her that I did not want to pay extra for a gift box. Who in the retail and customer service sector does that?!! Super rude behaviour. Very disappointing as it was my first purchase at the Markville store and WILL NEVER BUY FROM THAT STORE AGAIN. Good luck with the economic recovery!
