Had a very pleasant experience at Markham La-Z-Boy. Tom was very helpful and we appreciated his sales technique. We went to another location before and the sales person there was so aggressive that we couldn't try the recliners without pressure. Thanks to Tom that we bought our perfect custom recliner! Can't wait!!!One suggestion on the sales bill though: instead of listing code numbers, show detail description of what are customized.
