We built a laneway garage with poured concrete pad. Although we did experience delivery delays and we were slightly overbudget, the quality of the work was excellent and the manager was responsive to our requests.

Major home addition agreed to in summer 2022, including new basement and first floor rooms, cement pad and gazebo to enclose a hot tub. Poured the cement pad wrong (elevation and width) and WOULD NOT CORRECT IT. LEFT THE PROJECT UNFINISHED in October, with exposed wood, no windows.
WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS for material not purchased and work not completed. SAID I HAVE TO SUE HIM FOR MY MONEY.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Konstantin and his crew built a new front porch for my mother. Konstantin was very easy to get a quote from and very responsive. We met to finalize the terms and it was clear he was approaching the build thoughtfully. His quote was reasonable and competitive and he stayed on budget. He completed the job on time and quickly and we are very satisfied. Fully recommend and will be keeping him in mind for future jobs.

We were so pleased with the work Konstantin and his team did. They were reliable, punctual and kept coming back until the job was completely done and we were satisfied. All his workers were great and we even had neighbours comment on how meticulous they were during construction. We would definitely hire Konstantin and his team in the future.

KP construction is a reliable company. Konstantin and his team did an great job. The workers are very polite, kind and punctual. Konstantin brought our ideas to life with a new deck and wood structure covering. Even though we had multiple changes during the construction phase, Konstantin worked with us to bring the project to its full potential. We love our new addition to the backyard and it is exactly what we dreamed of! I highly recommend KP construction to your next home improvement projects.

We searched long and hard for the right partner to help us renew the exterior of our 100+ year old Riverdale home. The porch roof needed rebuilding, the original slate needed some small repairs, and we wanted a general updating while remaining true to the neighbourhood style. We selected KP Construction because of Konstantin's straightforward estimation and planning. He understood what we were looking for. His quote was reasonable (not the cheapest, but nowhere near the most expensive) and he had great reviews. So glad we decided to work with him. He arranged for us to consult with a great designer (thank you Tatyana) to refine our plan and select our materials in a painless, quick process at a nominal cost. Then, his fantastic crew got to work. They were pleasant, polite and incredibly hard working. Scope of work: Porch roof and supporting columns rebuilt, pot lights and electrical outlet installed, metal roof installed, new railings, new privacy walls created, slates refreshed, mortar and parging repairs. Overall, the job did take a few weeks longer than planned based on supply issues - not their fault. Even so, Konstantin kept us up to date and fully informed. The end result was well worth the wait. We would highly recommend KP construction based on our experience.

This company is your biggest nightmare. KP Construction quoted us to do drawings, get the permit and for the construction work for a new basement entrance. They quoted $2500 for the drawings- which is about twice the going rates, but because the construction costs was very favourable - $3500 for cutting a porch slab and building a new stairs - we decided to use this company. From day one it was a disaster. Denovo design – also owned by Konastin Posin did the drawings, which looked nothing like our property. Even the house outline was completely wrong. They refused to correct the drawings, stating “to the best of our ability” as the excuse. I eventually took all house measurements and did all the house drawings in AutoCad and eventually convinced them to use my drawings in the permit application, they simply had to add the new stairs detail. As requested we paid ½ up front and remainder when drawings were completed, before KP Construction submitted the drawings for the permit. Then city complained the application failed to consider the frost line, as the existing house footings were now not 4 feet below the base of new entrance. I asked KP Construction to amend the drawings using insulated shallow footing construction. He point blank refused and had an engineer add $40,000 worth of underpinning work to the footings. He then refused to answer any calls, I tried to contact the company address, neither KP Construction nor Denovo Design exist at their registered addresses. I eventually asked the city to finalize the permit with this crazy amount of underpinning - some of which was added to footings already 5 feet below grade, knowing I would have to do the whole application again. I am now at the permit application stages again, this time with a reputable company unlike this shark. Never allow these guys near my property again.Service: Remodeling
