I bought 6 tables from them recently. They were just amazing with service and products. Tables were very good quality. Suong provided detailed information over the phone as I was in a different city, guided through the whole process, very accommodating in payment methods and absolutely on time with delivery. All my tables arrived in perfect condition and the delivery company was also very good. They called ahead of time and arranged a suitable time for delivery with no issues.

I order a Quattro™ 2.5 Professional 4-Channel Electrotherapy from this company and everything was fine for the first day. The order was then refunded the next day randomly and an email was sent to me stating the unite was out of stock. The website at the time did not state anything about being out of stock and even after I received the email the website still said available. Their customer service stated 2 days after that they had found 2 for units and I could reorder. Little did I know they had changed the price by over 200 dollars. I took a screen shoot of the original order and compared it to the new "updated price" to customer service and got no feedback. DO NOT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY.

The worse customer service we ever experienced with any of our supplier. Ether you call them or chat online.Vitality Depot is much better in terms of customer service or pricing. Go check out both of the website and you will see it yourself.

{Mingle mask sellers} just a receive my masks ,For the love of god do not buy it is suicide wearing it, for it does not fit no where near your nose area completely open up this company is ripping us off I am reporting them to better business bureau. Wicked company, very dishonest.

Subpar expensive table sold to us in April, the seams started coming off within 4 months of buying. The staff that sent endless messages for buying the table asked us to chip in for costs to repair a poor quality product. Explaining that they cover the labour but want us to pay for travel expenses for the labour. Basically a good gimmick to not service the table. Have been with them for 6 years and always dealt with Jennifer who was really good but now they couldn’t care less about their clients. Brampton is supposedly too far for them. And it takes 1.45 hours to reach Brampton from Markham. Good luck dealing with them. They have zero service but endless emails to go back n forth. Every email relentlessly propagates their self styled repair policies which are not disclosed at the time of sale and are catered to Kosim and not their customers. They just lost a loyal customer.
