“On June 4, 2024, my husband and I (both seniors), were at the HD 3155 Hwy 7 to buy the Sherwood/Hampton Gazebo. The staff were extremely helpful in locating the gazebo box and using a lift to bring it onto the buggy & into our car. I was especially impressed with the cahier, ASHISH, who took care of my sale with patience (despite that the cash computer was not cooperating). He didn't stop there, he helped JAVIER & ADEBAYO in dismantling the box so that it could fit into the car. Was not an easy task, but all 3 did it with a smile & cooperation. Finally, my husband tried to tip each one of them and all 3 declined, saying its company policy not to accept tips. I enjoyed my experience yesterday & the value which was on sale.
