This mall has been open since 2019, but there simply is no business plan for this mall. There are so many vacant shops for lease, the food court isn't the greatest and the air quality is terrible. The grocery store and houseware stores on one corner of the mall is doing okay. The only thing that attracts me to come here is the delicious food at Xin Yi Time.

Went to the shopping on Sunday and was met by a very rude supervisor. He basically forced my 16 month old baby out of the playing area because we needed to buy tickets to enter. Good luck keeping a dead mall “clean”

This mall is not brand new. It first opened in 2020. Unfortunately, it didn’t catch on as it was hoping to attract vendors that were forced out when Market Village was torn down.
The mall lacks a directory to find stores, layout is a grid so it is not very intuitive. It is over 80% vacant.
Plenty of parking on ground level and underground though.

For a newer mall, this is quite empty. Not particularly much in the way of shopping, and the food court has extremely limited options too.

The fruits here don’t seem that fresh and they have ads that are overdue but never removed!!
The parking is nice tho you can park underground
