Use to come here lore. But we had a fancy case and would touch most screen saveer. This one lasted 5 days before it peeled off. We wnt to Nother store ans they Pplied it within 10 minutes sith no issues

Had a volume down button not working on my fold 2.. had some misunderstanding before, but the owner accepted his mistake and sent a text apologizing.. and the phone was fixed as well at a reasonable cost.

Excellent service for my phone back that was curving and lifting off the body. Repeatedly attempted service on my phone until the repair stuck instead of giving up on it and saying "it's just old" like another shop did. Quality repair without lingering issues and a fair price. Friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and will happily visit again for future mobile device service.

Terrible quality. I went to get my phone fixed and needed some piece sawdered to my motherboard and the person working there claimed they sawdered the fpc connector to my motherboard but turns out they used a conductive paste only. It didn't even last a week and it fell apart, I went back and the man refused to fix my phone, he took it apart even and give it to me in pieces. Worst customer service ever and worst place to ever go to. Would highly not recommend going to this place, it's a scam.
Update: Not sure what the owner means by "3rd party teardown" I never received my phone properly fixed. Our agreement was the shop will fix my phone fpc connector on the motherboard and glue my screen and back panel to the frame of the phone. I received the phone backing still open. In addition, the "owner" claimed that he will "fix" my phone by soldering the fpc connector to the motherboard just like it should be done, instead of soldering the fpc connector he used a conductive paste that did not even hold. He said if I want it fixed again that I will need to pay again. ITS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND WOULD NOT RECOMEND GOING THERE. You wanted the truth out there? I will give the real truth. You lied about fixing the phone. You lied about how you will fix the phone.
Update 2: I tried to contact the shop back and the same issue, he would not refund me my money that I deserve at this point in time. I highly recommend not giving your business to this con. You will end up with a broken phone.

Another phone accessory store to browse through, within the dozens of other phone accessory shoppes in P-Mall. Earphones, screen protectors, charms and other products are all on display and can be taken out for a better view if you ask the staff. I went here once and noticed the pricing at JUST IN CASE isn’t too bad either. The store is well noted for having a variety of phone case styles, designs and material for the most popular phones like Samsungs and IPhones. Sadly, there was a limited amount for my Google Pixel phone, so I had to look elsewhere. The staff there were friendly, honest and knowledgeable about the products they had in store. The location itself isn’t hard to find, being location at the perimeter of the mall. The products are also neatly arranged and set where anyone walking in can see them, whether through the show case or by asking an employee I have no comment for their phone repair services, but based on the other negative reviews … I think I will steer away from using it, lol. Overall, JUST IN CASE is worth a browse through, though don’t expect much service if you are not carrying the big-name phones.

I have been coming here for a few years now. The shop is inside Pacific mall. It has been opened during the covid lockdowns. Both the mall and the shop are super clean with great covid safety protocols. The owner and employees have always been very friendly, honest, experienced and efficient. New screen was put in today with amazing quality, very reasonable price and fantastic customer service. Thank you! Would definitely recommend for any mobile repair needs and accessories!

Would not recommend going to this place, awful service. Save your time, money and mental health. I went to get my iPhone fixed and broke 2 weeks later and went back was told it was my fault but the phone was never dropped and said if I wanted it fixed I would need to pay again. Just go to Apple better service, better customer care and no headache

The employee at this store is very disrespectful. I had so many questions as I am not a techy person and the employee started getting agitated and gave me attitude for asking simple questions I wanted clarity on in regards to cellphones. Customer Service at this store is pathetic.Update - Not sure how the "owners" response is meant to fix this issue. My name is Jack not "Ryan or Jarrod" clearly there is on going issues with the store owner and other customers.

I went to get a phone replacement and was told the phone is oem and in perfect working condition, 1 week into using the phone it craps out on me and I go to the store to get a replacement or a refund and was refused any kind of help by the supposed owner.
