Went in with my Bulova watch as the battery had died and was told by this man to come back in 20 minutes and it would be $30 to replace the battery. I come back and was told the battery cover was broken and he asked me who changed the battery last time. Told him it was working fine for last 2 years with no issues since last battery change. So he gives me back the watch and now it's not operating properly. The chronograph function works but not the regular time. He denied he did anything wrong. I told him it was working fine for last 2 years until the battery died and how can this be. Since he opened it up he told me the battery holder was broken which he then taped to hold in the battery. Now the watch does not operate properly either. The watch operated fine beforehand. IT CAN ONLY BE HE MESSED UP THE MOVEMENT AND BATTERY HOLDER WHEN TRYING TO CHANGE THE BATTERY. HE DENIED HE BROKE THE MOVEMENT. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR WATCHES. TERRIBLE WATCH SERVICE!
PS video he showed was just a photograph of the watch movement and doesn't mean anything. I still believe he messed up my watch.

Great experience, came in to get a watch battery replaced and ask about ring resizing. We hadn't even finished the ring resizing consult and the watch was ready to go! Service was excellent, prices are reasonable. The ring was resized up 3 sizes and looks beautiful. Would highly recommend coming here!

I brought my engagement ring here to get resized and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sized my finger and recommended two sizes that I could choose from depending on my preference. I told him I would be going out of town and needed it by the next day afternoon latest and he was able to get this done for me within a few hours! My ring now fits perfectly and the workmanship is incredible as well. I would highly recommend for ring resizing especially if you need the ring quick.

Jerry and his team are phenomenal! They repaired my watch in 30 minutes (battery replacement and a new pin in the band).I would highly recommend them for any watch repairs, they know their stuff!

I went to buy Dimond ring for my wife as birthday gift November 14th 2023 around 6:30 pm that guy was very Rude, very bad customer service, because his very bad customer service he lost $3000.Dimond ring customer. I bought some other place very good customer service.
