Happy to find Jack & Jones relocated to downstairs of Markville Mall. Thought they closed permanently in this location.
Been a long time customer and recently had to do an exchange of sizes in this new location, Kimy kindly assisted me and made the process seamless.

Came in and the store looked great and presentable. Easy layout to find things.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted and Kimy helped me find some shirts for my fiancé right away. She was super patient and friendly. And the shirts were perfect!

Stay away from this location unless you want to have rude service, on July 18th 2024 around 6pm I went to this location wich is in the mall. While walking around the mall I decided to go in this store to look at some clothes. I asked the male employee at the cashier if they had full sleeve T shirts he looks at me says "WHAT!!" I asked him again and he replies "YOU MEAN LONG SLEEVES" instead of customer service this guys literally started arguing if it's called long sleeve or full sleeves he has zero customer service skills and most likely needs work ethics training, after being in this store for less then few minutes I couldn't take this guys bad behavior i literally walked out of the store definitely wouldn't be going back to this location again. I will also be filing a complaint with Jack and Jones customer service relations aswell. This store is located at 5000 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3R 4M9
