Great friendly service. Had my Brother laser printer cleaned and the drum/toner replaced (after i had ruined them with a cheap one from Amazon). These guys will do right by you.

Tried to purchase cartridge for my printer and he gave me 2 options(one for $80+, to quote him, "that's not what you need"...he gave me an option for $150+tax saying that, this is the one with "the chip" and saying that it's approx. $20 cheaper than the original HP cartridge). After 5mins, I came back to tell him, I think it's a little too expensive given that it's not an original HP cartridge. I'd like to get the cheaper option($80+) and he was not happy saying, "He doesn't have it"! So I returned it and his last words were, "Good luck getting a cheaper price"...I immediately started looking on Google for another place and got quoted over the phone from another place for a compatible cartridge for 2 options, $50 or $80...Please be careful with this guy, he's a smooth talker but please check other places before you go here.

I've purchased a number of Brother toner cartridges in the past and for the most part they were good enough that i didn't notice or cared between them and the original Brother toner cartridges. I got an HP inkjet that is using up ink like crazy so went in for an aftermarket colour cartridge. Got the warning from my printer about being not an original cartridge. Colour isn't perfect - there appears to be some black mixed in but i am not sure if it's a problem with my printer or the cartridge. After 4 test pages, it does seem to be getting better.

The Cartridges have changed, as has the service. No longer compatible with my printer & when I went to speak with them they refused to offer any help. Only was told “I sell thousands of these without an issue”. NO REFUND a or alternative Cartridge to try.DO NOT WASTE your time or $$ here!

Service is great when you are buying. But if you have a problem, you are ignored and on your own - after a phone call, store visit and email - no response. Beware of buying the knock-off toner - it may crash your printer.

brought my ink cartridge to be refilled, and when it was ready the guy working there said that your printer will show low ink but assured me that everything will be fine. I was a bit apprehensive and suspicious when he said that, but I politely said okay and brought it back home. I put back the "refilled" ink cartridge back into my printer, and sure enough it still says low ink at less than 20%, but since the guy assured me that it'll be okay I left it at that, only to find out that it barely lasted 2-months. How crooked are they to just inject like drops of ink and not top off the ink cartridge, while charging us full price for their ink "refills". I guess their defense would be, "oh, but we DID refill it **(but not necessarily it'll be full-refill)....I mean, that kind of shady business is unethical. Would you pull up to a full service gas station to have the attendant pump only like 5%-10% of your vehicle's tank and charge you for like a full tank of gas, but tells you "oh, your gas meter will show less than half a tank of gas, but you will still be able to drive off our lot no problem". It's ridiculous.
