Calling on the phone for a support staff was taking a bit too long so I decided to go in person. I went in on February 3rd, 2024 at around 1:35 PM. I was helped by an individual named Hannah and she was very patient and kind with me throughout the process. She explained thoroughly to me what she was doing and never left me in the dark. “I received excellent service at this location. My lawyer friend had to leave for a family emergency and she added me to her known acquaintance for managing her closings. This location took care of everything and made each transaction seamless. A big shout out to ANGEL. She was beyond good. She asked me all details and listened to what was being asked of her. Took notes and offered solutions if something was missing. Thats good banking - you help the customer and offer solutions for their banking needs. I would always go here and ask for Angel.”
