I really didn’t want to give any star if it wasn’t for commenting. It wasn’t my first time coming here, but this is definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Customer service is really bad, workers left customers in line waiting for several minutes. Especially Karen, her checkout counter light was on, and no other customer was there, but she told me to go back in line and wait for her to call. I felt offended by Karen, her attitude towards me is very different compared to other customers. She was also talking to other workers saying that the item I bought wouldn’t even be used. She really made me feel that the reputation of this store is all fake.

The stuff is good, but the shopping experience is particularly bad. Because there was no price tag on an item I bought, the store clerk took some time to check the price, which exceeded the business hours of 8 pm. The Indian female manager kept blabla complaining in front of us, saying that it delayed her from getting off work and her return home. Who doesn’t want to go home? They complained and accused us for 5 minutes, until we finished checking out and went out. The time was 08:05 in the evening... It was really rude and rude. Exceeding business hours is not intentional. Is it necessary to lose temper with customers and vent their emotions? If you want to go home early, you can check all the labels. Don't waste time by not not posting the price and checking the price temporarily. This female manager was so rude and so emotional that I thought she needed to see a doctor. She was very sick. I will never come to this store again!

I came to this Homesense since I purchased a pillow in Aurora and they overcharged me for it. I showed the manager the picture with the lower price and the receipt for the same pillow I purchased and she told me to go to a winners even though I purchased it at a Homesense. She was super rude and didn't didn't try to accommodate at all. My friend went last week and the manager made her husband carry out a heavy rug because they were "understaffed". I agree with the review below that she needs customer service training.

I have been to this store multiple times and the level of service is usually fine. However, the manager on duty (Rosy) was absolutely rude during my interaction with her at the cashier and while informing her that the item was damaged, she raised her voice "it is a manufacturer issue". Well, clearly if that was the case and she was unwilling to offer a discount to the customer since it was damaged, maybe it should be returned back to the manufacturer. She clearly needs customer service training!!

Bought a 70 inch mirror by myself (girl). No one in the store offered any help. They definitely saw a girl struggling while carrying the heavy tall mirror by herself. The mirror ended up not fitting my car so I had to carry it back ??? again, no one helped me. A couple who were customers helped, NOT their employees. I made it to the register where the lady just stare at me slowly roll the shopping cart. She didn’t step out of the cashier or offered any assistance or say anything or show any emotion.
Worst experience ever. Left the store with back pain and perpetual anger to the customer service. There’s 0 care.

This was a few months ago but there was this employee who is a black lady who ask this customer to not sit on the sofa but did not ask the same of the other customer. Total inequality.
