Depends on who you work with. One female assistant came across as a bit abrasive and rude. Just think it’s her lack of awareness. Otherwise everyone else is super helpful.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience buying paints here. I had done some research online on the various lines and sheens, but was a bit out of my depth on all the options. The associate who helped us was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. He answered all my questions, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this location enough - will be back here if we need to buy more!

It's curious that some people who gave the small number of poor reviews posted no explanation. I always have an excellent experience when purchasing paint and supplies. My wife and I visited on Thursday. Steve and Winky promptly filled two orders. Steve is very friendly and greets us by name.

Very friendly, personable staff who are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions or concerns.Though it's a longer drive for me to this location, all of my paint and supply purchases will now be made here. The difference the staff makes alone is well worth it and this type of service deserves to be rewarded. 5 stars all-around.
