This Global Pets is smaller than most stores. Whenever I enter the store, a lot of the times I’m not greeted by the staff members. They’re usually standing behind the counter talking to each other. They only talk to me if I have a question and I approach them first. I think there’s only one staff member that has ever approached me first. When I do ask questions, the staff are able to answer me. Overall, I just come in, grab my stuff and go.

Lost my dog and went to the store to return unopened food that my dog never got to eat. Brittany (the manager) was heartless enough to tell me she had no time for me. Would suggest going to Pet Valu instead.
