I dealt with this company long ago , and Garo and his team were amazing !!! But Unfortunately , I have called them numerous times to set up an appointment , and NO answer … I guess they don’t need the business !!! Wow what a Shame !

Don't ever come to this place as they are trying to trick their customers and think people are too stupid to notice. First off their female owner is pretty rude to us when we are trying to settle a deal. After the frame we ordered is done, I have to go there three times before I can find them actually open. Because although their store hour listed is 9am-6pm, the store is already closed when I get there after 4PM, on three different days.
Now for the tricking part, I still won't believe they actually did this. One of the large frame we ordered got down-graded to a cheaper design. And the female owner expected that I won't find out. When I confronted her with the design clearly listed on the receipt, she said that:" I remember 100% the case that your wife liked that design (the cheaper one) better and the person that wrote the receipt made a mistake." Even thought the person that wrote the receipt for us clearly stated the design to us not only verbally, but on paper as well at the time of purchase. Do she expect that we are this stupid to notice and can just use this lame excuse?
I would gave them a negative review if I could. Both my wife and I are very disappointed.
