Sold a car with a rolled back odometer. This guy's license was revoked in May, he shouldn't even be selling cars or caring about his reviews now. Check the OMViC site for numerous complaints against him and get a carfax before buying anything. I'd advise not even stepping on the lot though.

I wanted to sincerely thank Francis for your amazing service and experience I had. I was so determined to get this vehicle, and he understood accepted my deposit and held the car for me to complete payment like a true professional, despite lots of other people's interest.
I see a lot of ignorant folks on the internet leaving bad reviews. Y'all need to take a step back and understand if you don't know what you're talking about or understand vehicles in general, don't expect a dealer to babysit you. Go pay a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection if you have concerns, DYOR, make sure there's no rust, etc. Have some common sense and go through a smart checklist instead of bashing the mans business because you don't know what you're doing.

Francis is a scam artist. Bought a car was supposed to be certified and started smoking as soon as we drove home. Brakes not fixed properly as promised and other things. Stalled in a drive thru. Had it towed to our mechanic who stayed he would not certify it. Payed almost 3000 in repairs. Francis refused to pay even half. He promised our legal representative to at least pay for calipers 200 dollars by end of week. Now he is ignoring that! This guy should be out of business and in jail

I got a car for nursing school. I just wanted a car that would last me a year or two for school so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money as I am a broke student. He told me it’s new breaks and new alternator. After the first day of getting the car the breaks were smoking and had flames, he refused to pay. Than the alternator is not right for the car and broke a day later now it’s costing $2000 more to fix just to be able to drive and he is no help. I don’t want a fancy car I just wanted a car to drive but $8000 isn’t enough i guess

Had a very bad experience last year. He sold a BMW X3 saying there are no accidents and showed UCDA report. It was my mistake not to check CARFAX report and just relied on his words and some free reports online. Reality is there is MAJOR accident outside of the province and it showed only in Carfax when I tried to resell. He says he is not aware of any accident and just bought the car without checking. Can anyone believe dealer just buys car without checking. So my advice avoid business with him or buy only CARFAX and not just any free online report. I can show proof if anyone needs it.

In search of helping my younger sister in getting her first car, we came across a nicely priced car from this dealership. We had a good first impression with Francis, we test drove the car, gave him a deposit and financed the purchase. Very seamless process and Francis kept his word and professionalism every step of the way. It has been about 2 months since our purchase and the car is amazing, no issues whatsoever. He prices his cars very competitively, his dealership is highly recommended to check out and consider!

Purchased a Honda CRV for my son and was told it had top to bottom warranty. You just take it to the garage of choice as we live 1.5 hours away. Covered part of the cost for a new battery after the first week. Called after 5 months as the vehicle needs about $1000 work and told no warranty. When told there were three of us, you told the same thing too he totally changed the warranty. Never were we told the warranty had to be purchased as extras. Be careful what you purchase.

I had a very disappointing experience when I went to see Francis at his place. The location was less than ideal; it seemed like I was in a barn or some sort of makeshift area, and it was quite unpleasant. I was particularly interested in checking out an RSX, but what I encountered was nothing but a pile of junk.To make matters worse, Francis kept me waiting for a whopping 2 hours, and when I asked about the condition of the car, he brushed off my concerns by saying I needed to be patient if I wanted a nice car. He even attempted to take an extra $200 from me after I had clearly stated I would come back later to consider my options.The car itself was in a terrible state, with flat tires and hidden away in what seemed like a junkyard. Francis claimed it had been driven just a month ago, but it was evident that it had been sitting in the back, neglected.I would strongly advise against dealing with Francis, as my experience left me with the impression that he is not an honest seller. His attempt to sell me a car in such a terrible condition and his dishonest tactics have left a sour taste in my mouth. His statement that the car was the "This is the Lamborghini of your generation" just adds to the overall unprofessionalism and dishonesty I encountered. I would recommend finding a more reputable and trustworthy place to buy a car.

I read the reviews but decided to see for myself. Francis was a solid and decent man. The car range was excellent. The prices were fair. The negative reviews are because people expect a 4-8 k car to be a 20 k car. Saying that you will find great deals at his lot. Also very rare and hip cars nobody else seems to have. After seeing countless cars on Kijiji or Autotrader and surviving to b.s. most are aware of on those sites Francis is a relief and will save you months of wasted time running around. If your Realistic and want a great deal check Francis out.

Francis sold me a suburu in great used condition for a fair price. It was given to us with an empty tank of gas, but luckily there was a gas station across the road. The quality of the vehicle is great, including an added back camera and little stereo. Thanks!
