This store does not know their products at all. Walked in to see their watch boxes selection because I have seen it on their Canadian website. They told me they don't sell it and just brushed me off. I told them I saw it on the fossil Canadian website so fossil does sell it. They just looked at me and didn't say anything. I walked out disappointed at how unknowledgeable the staff are with their product.

Went in for watch replacement, store manager is rude and unprofessional, came in twice and got two versions of the company policy, I was a 10 year customer of this store and brand. Never gonna buy anything here again!

Absolutely wonderful customer service at this store. We visited twice over the holidays and boxing day sales and were very impressed with the helpful staff. Great quality watches and accessories with vegan leather options and everything!

Yesterday I had one of the worst experience at this location the manager was rude and not helpful, and made me feel uncomfortable and being in the store. I will not return to the store again.

I had an amazing experience there! Ryan was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had come in a couple days prior with the same issue and didn’t find much help, so I left and tried another day. Ryan was kind, patient and went above and beyond to try and suggest/find the perfect thing I needed. I was very frazzled and had a lot on my plate, but I appreciate the non judgemental and genuine help I got. It’s so wonderful when a worker actually cares about why you’re there. It truly made my experience incredible and purchase better than had I gotten no help, by telling me about all the engraving features, other styles, colours etc.

Very rude owner/manager, she talked as if I was there to ask for money. No courtesy greeting even. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Expected better from Fossil to say the very least. Will never go again and would not recommend either.

Called store about battery replacement. Was abruptly told only hybrid watches are free battery replacement, all other watches $10.00, I can get better service locally at the BAY or a local jeweler.Will not support Fossil.

The product that I was looking for was available at this location. I'm very happy with the purchase.The store appears to be well kept and organized. This holiday season, they had great sales available.One thing I would recommend the company improve on is their customer service skills.
