I went to see Japanese rice on sale at 13.88 at noon today, so I went to buy it at 8 pm. How did I know that the price was not 17.99 when I went to pay? I asked why? The man replied that the price could be changed at any time. What kind of shady store was this? How could the same product have different prices on the same day!
