They are telling me to pick up the package from the ship centre as I wasn't at home at the time of delivery however they are not able to locate my package.

Don't know how a driver can't perform a simple delivery task.
A package was suppose to be delivered to my address today.
I just waiting for all day, and I don’t understand just change the day on Monday?
