The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to recommend the best cuts for grilling, hotpot, or anything in between. The shop is clean, well-organized, and it’s clear they care about maintaining top-tier standards. I don’t bother going anywhere else—this is the only place I trust for top-quality wagyu!

200g wagyu beef combo costs $30 after taxes, but the beef slices were hard to chew and torn apart. Sauce tasted good, but the beef was overcooked.

Awesome butcher that but my steak to how I wanted it! Alot of variety from modest to high end steaks. I got a prime grade striploin that was beautifully marbled and they even had their own beef tallow all at very reasonable prices!

Not the first time buyer. The meat itself is good, but beware of the weight printed on the label. Bought two plate of shabu shabu slices and turns out one of them is missing about 35g out of 450g and the other one is missing 11g out of 294g. The weight on the label weighs less than meat + plastic container, but more than the meat. It feel like it is done on purpose to fool the consumers. Since the unit price is pretty high for waygu, this is outrageous for a business like this.

Ordered an A5 wagyu striploin as a gift. I received a call within minutes advising on the order. The staff is very knowledgeable. The ordering/delivery process was seamless and the quality was evident. The gift was extremely well received (I even got to taste it!). Would order again/visit the shop.
