We are so happy that we stumbled upon this place. Sako was incredible to work with and he is an honest business man and highly skilled and knowledgeable jeweller. It is hard to come by good and honest customer service these days but Sako was so friendly and honest and gave us exceptional customer service. He worked within our budget and timelines and created a beautiful custom piece for us, exactly how we envisioned it. I highly recommend Sako for all of your business needs.

Sako has helped us design custom wedding bands, anniversary rings, necklaces and other jewelry for years. We appreciated the design guidance for custom pieces, he was able to create them from just photos and descriptions and worked with us on the exact specifications. The workmanship is top notch for all the pieces, they look great and have held up to daily wear. Our family and friends will continue to come to him for our custom jewelry needs for all occasions.

Brought in a ring to get fixed which they were able to do quickly and professionally. A short while later my ring broke again (in a different spot than I got fixed), and they were kind enough to fix for free. Very pleased with their service and workmanship!

Not a good experience. While the young lady that first helped my wife was tremendous and friendly, the man that came from the back, interrupted the young lady and refused service to my wife, should be ashamed of his behaviour. Refusing to repair and handing back to my wife with the comment that was uttered, was rude and insulting. Never going there again.

I brought my wife’s broken Tiffany chain to get it repaired, not only Sako fixed it perfectly but same day service as well. The repair cost was exceptional and I thank God for his excellent trusted service. I highly recommend Sako for any jewelry repair.

He took the time (multiple weeks) to get various different stones from his supplier that fit my budget, and requirements, and let me look through them, providing un-biased suggestions along the way.This plus the very fair pricing made it a delightful process.
