I visited the counter seeking assistance from a staff member, as the ATM was out of order. I requested a small cashback from the cashier, who declined. Later, I purchased an ultimate car wash service along with gas, but my car wasn't cleaned properly. When I pointed this out to the attendant, they simply stated that deep dirt couldn't be cleaned and didn't offer to redo the wash. It would be beneficial for the staff to undergo additional customer service and empathy training.

I'm not sure if this will get to the gentleman that helped me with my tires late afternoon today. I am truly thankful to have bumped into a kind hearted person like you! With no hesitation you helped me pump air into my tires, even paid for me, taught me how to read the tire gage, and when you realized that my tire was leaking air even though you've pumped it to 40's you told me to immediately go to Canadian Tires and ask to fill the holes for no more than $25! THANK YOU!!!! You've made my day!! I hope I can repay you back someday!! You are an angel!!
