I had a very disappointing experience at this gas station. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed uninterested in helping customers and had a terrible attitude throughout the interaction. Customer service is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, this place completely failed to meet it. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

inside of this gas place food and drink are not good quality , and unfriendly service. Poor communication. Very unfortunate to walk inside doesn't look that sanitary.

Avoid going to this car wash, my 2 year old could wash my car cleaner than this car wash . It did not clean off anything. only 2 of the water nozzles was working there is ZERO water pressure. When we went to tell the owner he said oh car wash can’t wash off any dead bugs. We washed a second time and still the same results , the wash did not touch our windshield or front hood at all, bird poop stain and dead bugs was not cleaned off, even after 2 washes. No wonder there was no line at this car wash versus the lineups at other locations

One of the worst Esso’s you can go to. Don’t ever buy a car wash from here, they do not help you at all if you buy multiple car washes from them and then say “you used them” which is a lie, and just try to get you out of their face. Take your business elsewhere.

Force you to pay at the pump, and then when you tried to collect optimum points. They said they can’t do it because it is too late to do anything. I have to call their 1866 number which doesn’t open without being in office hour. So what is the point?

Shows lower gas prices and actually higher gas prices, I trust online info twice and never come back. It’s disgusting .

FRANCIS the cashier was extremely rude and he threatened me and told me to go to another gas station. I mean if the owner doesn’t want business why is the station even open. The cashier hates his job and should be replaced!

DO NOT FUEL UP HERE IF YOU HAVE SPEEDPASS. I have gone here after groceries on 3 separate occasions and tried to pay through the speedpass app and it has not worked ANY of those times.This place also forces you to pay at the pump so you will most definitely be paying FULL PRICE. If you go to the front desk to use speedpass there, they will tell you to just pay at the pump with card or go to another station. Take that with the fact that their prices are always higher than other gas stations around, my advice is to SKIP THIS ONE.
