The manager (redhead with long hair) is hostile and refuses to follow Dynamite's return policy as stated on the website. I will not be purchasing from this store and will tell everyone I know to avoid this store.

This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They are all extremely rude and have terrible attitude for no reason. The 2 “managers” I have spoken to now one was the red head and the other brunette are both terrible employees to have on your team. Both have no customer service skills are insanely rude and have ugly attitudes. Still haven’t received any help with my issue as they are both very unhelpful and don’t care to do their job. Please change up your staff I’ve hated coming into your store for the longest time because of the terrible energy/attitude from your employees.

Red head named Meaghan C working tonight May 1,2024 8:00pm was extremely rude when I checked out. For no reason. I was literally purchasing something. Not even a return. No sense of customer service. She said final sale at least three times and had an attitude the whole time. Not sure why because I never even asked about returns. She gave the receipt and said “there”. Dynamite needs to do better with their hiring process. Such a bad experience.

Worst customer service I’ve encountered so far! Just as other reviewers mentioned, you don’t get greeted, and if you have to return an item the assistant manager was so awfully rude she even said “whatever” at some point during the process and when I called her out on it she said I’m saying it to the machine. This company needs to improve their training especially with customer service. This is the second location that I find their employees to be rude. Not going to spend a penny here since I can get much better service elsewhere.

Stay away from this location and especially if their MANAGER Meaghan C is there. She is Rude, accusing people for lying, attitude and didn’t want to give her name…… she was not happy that I had returns and arguing with me m. She is the red hair with bangs.I have now complained to their head office, BBB and ombudsman on her and her service…

My wife and I went into the Markville store Saturday Dec16 around 1pm. We walked in and the sales staff ignored us for the 10min we were in the store.They literally pretended we were not there and the store had only 1 customer in the fitting room. My wife wanted to try on a few items that she liked from browsing on line, however she has been in the store many times and the sales staff just ignores you. Terrible customer service. She purchased similar items at Zara and Banana Rep instead where the staff is much more helpful. My wife likes the clothing Dynamite offer but we refuse to spend our hard earned money at a place where they cannot be bothered to even acknowledge you.

Everyone who works at this store are the loveliest ladies I’ve ever met at a dynamite. Every time I come in they’re so sweet and helpful. They hype you up always but are honest too. I’ve had a few problems with online orders and stuff and they resolve my issues sooner and easier than when I’ve called customer service. Want to shout out Meaghan and shell (sorry if I’ve spelt names wrong).

Some of there clothes are quite cute but prices are not. The quality is fine but one of the tops I brought from here I just wore a couple times and there’s a hole in the side stitching already…customer service could be better and I don’t feel comfortable in their change rooms as they use curtains instead of doors and many of their curtains are broken and don’t close fully.

Made a big purchase online and came to the Markville store to return a handful of items that did not fit properly. I stood at the cash register waiting for someone to come, however all workers were in the back talking while I stood there.When the girl (red hair with bangs) finally came she was extremely RUDE! She asked why I was returning the items and when I told her why she proceeded to say “you’re returning all of these hmm?” then rolled her eyes. She made me feel as if I was bothering her. One of my items fell on the floor and she huffed and sighed and left it on the floor. I asked for a receipt copy of my return and she said no they don’t do that. I was okay with that but when I asked her how does my payment go back to my card (I thought I would have to insert my card) she said “well you ordered online so why would you insert your card”..Anyways worst experience ever and will not return to this location!

The last time I was there the store was empty, one of the girls looked at me, did not great me, then turned back around and proceeded to continue her conversation with the other employee.
