There is no self checkout in this outlet. 1 assistant serving checkout and payment. Super slow. So had to wait like in 10 person line. Disappointing

Their stock was well organized. Although they did have a couple of aisles blocked with items waiting to be shelved. The two staff members were very polite.

I visited the Dollarama in the Boxgrove Centre at 60-100 Copper Creek Dr. Markham, ON.I went about my shopping as I usually do. When I approached an aisle to purchase some kitchen supplies where two staff were restocking adjacent to each other.I said: "excuse me" in order to retrieve the items I wished to purchase. I was met with silence that I initially thought nothing of until another customer said: "I just have to get"... to which one of them replied; "Sure, no problem" while moving aside.I needed another product & once again, my "excuse me" was met with silence. I searched for the price on the product that I was sure I just saw but now could not locate, so I asked the staff member closest to me to confirm the price. She replied: " the price is on it. I think it's $3.50".I whispered "hmmm, interesting" & moved on.When I finally reached the register noone was there. I looked around & a woman that was at the end of an aisle said: "I'm coming".As she processed my transaction she was completely silent. When the customer after me approached she said: "Hello, would you like a bag"?I would like to point out the other customers that were treated with civility didn't look like me which makes me wonder if Dollarama has a policy of only catering to certain patrons while others who do not fit the "required description" are relegated to persona non-grata?
