My dog is a service animal m with a certificate and the cashier said a dog needs to be carried ? I’ve never heard of a service dog that is carried LOL pls review accommodation laws and/or training

I recommend them adding more cameras, reasons are below: I went there once and I saw a lot choices of razor, so I began to check them due to curiosity, somehow I picked one and looked inside, it was empty or maybe only 1 left , I thought: well someone has stolen some from the package? Then I decided to put it back and leave, and the lady who worked there came after me and shouted at me: if you broke the box, you should buy it! I told her, I didn't do anything to the item, it was already like that, please check the video before you shout at me. Lesson learned: in dollarama you are not supposed to look carefully at an item, pick and leave

Dollarama is the newest addition to this plaza, which has been at Denison Centre for 3 years. It replaced Mix2 KTV & Billiards, which has been vacant for many years. I'm glad there is a Dollarama here. This location is clean, organized, and has a wide variety of items. However, they are understaffed and definitely need more staff.

Terrible store! Stood at cash for 10 minutes, with people waiting behind me and no cashier. The lady behind me finally got a cashier's attention (she was in another part of the store) and she had the audacity to ring up my purchase on one cash, and ring up the person behind me on another cash, making us both wait for each other to pay. All because the cashier ignored her post for so long.I also saw something disturbing, which I will report to their Head Office to start: A group of young adults (developmentally disabled) came into the store with a lady who looked like she was their teacher/helper. A store manager told them to all wait outside! Shameful. They were not doing anything wrong. Avoid this horrible store!

The workers are rude, incompetent, shows no customer service, and does not own up to mistakes. They label things wrong, so it is their fault, and they need to honour the price that is shown on the shelves. Rude and does not give compensation. Shut the place down or higher new people already. The female manager and female cashier had so much attitude. Sign said $3 but charged me $4.30.

The toy section is kind of small. Good place for snacks and cleaning supplies. They did not have glasses spray. Just individually wrapped wipes. Customer service was great. Very friendly staff.

Went to this location and prices on items are wrong see for yourself. Even the manager gotta make a fuss.
