I walked in the store hearing from my daughter that the store is closing and all items in the store are on sale for 50% off. I walked in with no acknowledgement from the lady in the store so I initiated a conversation. I walked around to check out items and was never offered if I am looking for something specific. After 15 minutes I found a scarf, a black pair of pants and a pair of fashion earrings. I walked to the counter and told her that I was ready to pay. She put my stuff in a bag and asked me if I want to put the earrings in my purse instead of the bag and I said in the bag is fine and she said "Well, customer sometimes would come back and complain that they did not get the items they bought ". I said not to worry and that it's fine with me and I am not coming back to her store. After all that was my first and last visit for making me feel an unwelcome customer.

Brought my stuff to consign. She went through my small bin and make a pile on the floor of the stuff she didn't want to take. Just threw and piled my stuff onto the floor. I let her know that the cardigan she was looking at was $250, part of the high end line of this brand. She smirked and said it still didn't compare to the quality she carries, as she touched something that was hung in her store. Very arrogant about her shop, which is surprising as most of it isn't high end, or known brands. She I saw a known brand many 3 times in her shop. When I was signing up she was quick to tell me that if she sees my item doesn't sell, it is at her discretion to drop the price whenever she wants. With her attitude, I knew she would drop it instantly, so i decided to keep my $250 cardigan that she wanted to give me $10 for - It was in brand new condition. Most places only drop the price once they've had it for 3 months, not whenever they want, "at their discretion". So much attitude, it was so terrible. I've consigned with over 10 places before, and this is the only one without giving a single item as I truly felt she would try and screw me and rubbed me the wrong way. Also, she recently posted a picture of a model wearing these very unusual black pumps. I brought her THE SAME black pumps, which she refused.
