Third class photo quality. Dont take chance as photos captured by this guy was simply rejected by IRCC. On top of that, very rude behavior. Never take risk for passport or PR related photos here.

This passport photo service is located inside the City Cleaners store. I called many stores in the area and this store provides the cheapest passport photos in the area.

Terrible experience. This guy is unable to take acceptable passport photos no matter how many times you try. Passport office will reject and send you back. He just does not have good enough equipment - you might as well take the photo yourself.

Passport application refused because of a bad photo from City Cleaners.The owner of City Cleaners is friendly and the photos are very cheap, but you get what you pay for. We asked him to take photos for our baby's first passport. The child's hand was visible in the photo, and that's not allowed. He actually saw that, said "it's okay, they'll just crop it out" and gave us the photo. Guess what? It wasn't okay. Our application was refused because of the hand in the photo, so we wasted two months and the passport application fee because this dude was too lazy to take the photo again.

The boss is from India. He doesn't know how to make it searchable online. I am helping him to put it here.I have been there twice. The price is better than Costco, Walmart and shoppers. And you can get the photo immediately. No line up needed. The price is from $6.99, depends on which country photo you want.

Worst service and attitude from the owner. I given a suit for dry clean with small stain. He is not even bothered to say its sure it can be removed. On top that he is telling me not teach how to do business. stay away from this place.

I went in to dry clean my suit on a Wednesday and told them I needed it next week for an interview. I asked the owner if they are able to get it by then, if not I would have went somewhere else or not clean it at all. He reassured me I would get it back on Saturday. I went back on the Monday and they advised me that it's lost in the plant and they could not locate the plant manager because he was on vacation for 3 weeks. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and got screwed not having the suit for the interview. So 3 weeks past and I decided to go in for a follow up, he then told me the suit was destroyed by the machine. He offered me 50 dollars cash for the suit that was damaged and told me that's the price of how much the insurance is willing to pay. When I asked him the number for the insurance or the "plant manager" he refused to give any information. I told him the offer he gave me can barely buy myself a dress shirt. My suit was a tailored fit made suit which was close to $600. DO NOT GO HERE!
