Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a negative rating.
The behavior of the owner at this location is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He makes you feel guilty for giving him the business. Such talent, I must say ??????.
I recommend avoiding this particular branch, as the owner seems to take pride in being disrespectful.
According to him, you are expected to know the norms of all countries and be aware of the exact services you’re requesting. Raising his voice seems to be a regular habit, judging by his practice.
I just want to make others aware of this place, unless you're prepared for a heated argument that will turn a good day into a bad one.

Just had to put one star or else could not give the review. The man is extremely rude with his dealing with the customer. He hangs up the phone on face while raising his voice. This store should get shut down only for the rude behaviour of this man. People should not come here for any services what so ever.

Wanted to get my blazer steam pressed. Photos speak for itself. I needed to go to another shop to have it redone. If they can't even get a very simple job done well, I cannot imagine trusting them with a more complicated job.

The quality of passport picture was not accepted at passport Canada. I did not even get a refund because the owner said its not his fault!!

The owners practices are a bit deceptive. In his store front he advertises passport photographs at 7.99. After the picture is developed he says it is 9.99 because black and white is 7.99 color is 9.99. In this day and age color is the norm yet this guy plays with the price!!! Does not accept credit cards says you can pay by debit and after the transaction is complete you see a fee for debit card usage

Good prices for dry cleaning. I have been going here for years and had many different types of clothing cleaned. He also provides passport photos for a good price.

Owner is very rude. also did not own up to his mistake and instead of that he made the excuse that the person who did the alter was tired bcz she was shopping and that’s why did the wrong alteration.

Went for passport photo and it was done in 5 min and was accepted by passport office. This is a no frills place so it gets job done. I saw the flyers for dry cleaning and it seems reasonable and it was busy

The absolute worst attitude from the owner. Never go to this place. Not only there don’t do proper job but they are least bothered about their service.I given a suit for dry cleaning, I got it back the way I given not even bothered to remove the minor stain which was clearly marked.The owner doesn’t know the ABCD of customer service. Stay away
