My favorite book store - maybe the only bookstore I love exploring. The employees are nice and welcoming, there's lots of book sections to explore and some home accessories too.

I love Chapters! I could browse books all day! But there are more Non-book products than before. And the Starbucks is GONE?? Why? Not enough traffic?? Its too bad cuz I wanted a latte.

There are lots of toys and gifts beside books in here, I don’t feel bored to shop with friends who love reading books, I can look at other stuff at the same time.Place is nice and clean, very organized

Well, you can certainly tell the holidays are over when you walk into this store. There are very few customers and the shelves are packed with tons of merchandise at clearance prices. If you need a cozy blanket, now is the time to shop here!

a day ago i went here again after a few months. the shelves were very messy and there was a lot of empty space. i dont think they restocked in like almost a year

Super depressing atmosphere. Could not stay in store for more than 10 minutes. Maybe it was the crowd or maybe it was the overall store decor.
