We bought a travel set at this store last week. However, we were quite disappointed with the behavior of a male salesperson during the purchase process, as his comments were inappropriate and offensive. When I asked about the lifespan of the car seat, he joked that our baby could use it longer if we 'don't feed it too much.' Later, when I tried to check the expiry date, he said, 'No worries, this model came out last year and won't expire until 2030. Don't you think you'll still be having babies in 2030?' (It actually expires in 2029.) While I understand he might have been trying to break the ice or be funny, my husband and I found his remarks offensive.

Not sure why the rating is low. I find this team much better customer service than WestCoast Kids or Snugglebugz, can't compare the knowledgable staff at Canabee Baby 100%
What an amazing customer experience, if there was a rating out 10 I would rate it them 11 out of 10. My wife and I were shopping around for a stroller and car seat and visited this location as we were exhausting all our options in getting a good deal for a stroller and car seat. We were greeted by David (Did not know he was the owner at the time) He was so helpful and thoughtful with providing us the information about the stroller we liked and especially the car seat which for us safety was number 1 on our list. He gave us alot options and explained each car seats features and safety. We were so torn when it comes to selecting a car seat that fits our lifestyle, we had to come back twice and slept on selecting the car seat we like. So Long story short, we decided on the car seat we liked but for some reason ther was always something amiss, the colour we liked was sold out. Janice (David's wife) saw our dilemma and she worked her magic and was able to pull a rabit out of hat and find us the colour we wanted for our car seat and we ended up with great discount on a stroller and car seat. My wife and I were elated and happy, they went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you to the Sales rep Irene for keeping us in check and temper our expectations. Keep up the great work and consistent with dealing with your customers. We highly recommend this store and we will definitely will be back!

I was hoping to buy a new baby food processor machine from this store. But the machine bought has lots of scratches. The store does not have any customer service and did not agree to return or replace the machine.

I bought a swimsuit for my daughter, but the employee there was so careless. They only took the plastic cover for the anti-theft buckle, and there was a needle left on it. When my daughter tried on the pants, she told me that she got pricked. It was so scary.

Good selection. Pricing is average to high, sometimes deals can be had when on sale. Service is average, don't expect a great level of attention while in the store especially during weekdays.
