These guys are completely unprofessional and unwilling to own their mistakes. I took 7 shirts there for an alteration, only to have them over cut them by about 3-4 inches. When confronted, they attempted to fix the over shortening but came up about 1.5 inches short. I reluctantly accepted 4 of the shirts back but the infuriating part of this is that they tried to put the blame on me for agreeing to the outrageously shortened alteration. There was not even an apology or offer of good will to repair the experience but rather for them to claim they ‘repaired’ my shirts for free by fixing their initial screw up. Do not use their services.

They went above and beyond, thank you so much.I dropped off a suit and dress shirt a week before leaving the country for a wedding. On pick up date they had some issues with their equipment and would have been unable to deliver. The owner went above and beyond to get my suit and shirt ready the night before leaving. Her apologies for the inconvenience were much appreciated.Thank you so much for your hard work all the time. You service has won me over as a customer, looking forward to getting my dry cleaning services with you.

They just completed the carpets at our office. The carpets were badly stained and had black marks on them, but when they were finished, it was nicely cleaned. The guys were prompt, courteous, and polite. Awesome job!

HORRIBLE!!!! My wife got her dress "dry cleaned"(don't know what they actually did with it) and it ruined it. She's had it dry cleaned several times before from another dry cleaners. The adhesive was melted such that all the sparkles on the dress came off. When confronted, they made all kinds of excuses and lengthy explanations which had nothing to do with anything(just own the mistake, and offer some sort of compensation). They didn't charge my wife for the dress but that's not an appropriate compensation for how they handled this situation.

The uncle and auntie are super nice and did a very good job for alterations of our daughter’s trousers for school. We forgot to pick up on Saturday but we called on Sunday and luckily he was there and we could pick up our stuff. Thank you!

I went there for the first time and they ruined my most favourite and expensive shirt and then they didn’t tell me until after I fully paid up and when they did they kept blaming it on the quality of the shirt and although I told them that I’ve had that shirt washed by my usual dry cleaners at least 10 times before they didn’t do anything about it. It would’ve been appropriate if they tried to fix it for me or at least given me some sort of discount but no, so the service is definitely not good and I’m not going back until I want one of my other $200 shirts ruined. Only giving them an extra star because they at least told me about their mess.
