I took an appointment for some repairs in brakes , Rambo is a good person to deal with , the parts used were OEM , but it is a bit pricy , but make sure you discuss the scope of job to be done, don’t leave it open or you will get a surprise.

I highly recommend Rambo/Bullock City.
Rambo’s commitment to serving his customers is truly exceptional. Apart from performing the work, he went way and beyond to help me get the best value from the warranty program.
During my visit I have also interacted with other patrons - who have been working with Bullock City
for over a decade.
I hardly do reviews but felt compelled to write a review here, given the man’s exceptional commitment.

I have been a customer of Bullock City for over 11 years. They were recommended to me by different Toyota and Lexus pro's; I am glad I took their advice. They have been nothing but a joy to work with over the years. They are fair, honest, approachable and knowledgeable with their services. There have been many instances where I would bring them a problem, outlining an expensive repair..only to be educated by them on a much simpler problem and a less costly repair. They have never tried to take advantage of me and I have recommended them to many family+friends since. Special S/O to Rambo who seems to be in 5 places at once and Andy for always being so kind and offering great advice on vehicle maintenance over the years- hes a master at his craft.

I’ve been hearing about this mechanic for quite some time but never had the opportunity to go. Recently I got a quote for front and rear brakes from Hyundai and I decided it may be time to try them. They ended up being $400 cheaper than what Hyundai quoted. Since my car is no longer on warranty, I’ll be using them more often!

Excellent service-Andy and Rambo really know how to diagnose and repair our Toyota Sienna and Corolla.Very efficient and provide good practical advice about car maintenance. Also booked an oil change and was in and out in under 30 minutes!!!

I brought my Toyota tundra in for an engine swap. Rambo and his crew did an amazing job. The price and cost were very fair, and the work was done in a timely manner. I can't thank them enough because this is a big job that not many shops wanted to do. My new used engine purrs and sounds great, I'm very happy!!!!
