I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. There were at least three employees standing there when I walked in and not one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. As soon as other customers walked in they were greeted. Is it because I had my baby with me? I was there to buy a pair of sandles but will no longer be purchasing from this store. I was at the store Monday July 29th around 12:00 pm

Came in at the store 8 weeks ago, the customer service was excellent, the lady who helped me her name is Rogilyn was very friendly, helpful, professional well experienced, with her bonus smile. I bought a pair.
I came back with my husband 3 weeks ago and he purchased 2 pairs and was very pleased. Went back again yesterday and bought another pair for myself! We both have a very good experienced dealing with the same person and will definitely go back again. Thank you Rogilyn -:)
Selections and choices of footwear are great! Love going in to the store.

Came in with a special request and wow was I amazed at the level of service and support! They say customer service is gone - not the case at Brown's. Diana was legit the best sales person I have come across in years - will be coming back here again due to Diana going above and beyond!

Fantastic Customer Service by Nabil at Browns!A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I visited Browns and had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Nabil. From the moment we walked in, Nabil greeted us warmly and provided top-notch assistance throughout our entire shopping experience.What stood out the most was Nabil's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to help my boyfriend with any assistance we needed including offering to order the pair of shoes we wanted and helping him prepare the shoes that were brought out as he was trying them.Nabil's professionalism, great attitude, and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere in the store. The best customer service experiences I've had in a shoe store. Wish I got the sales person's name. The one wearing the white doc martens. A 10 was too small but 11 felt too big. He made sure to find the right fit. Also provided everything needed to care for the shoe. Customer service was so great I didn't even care what the shoes cost. Definitely will be returning.

Went in because I saw a kids shoe on their online site, was told they don’t carry kids shoes in store. For a store that size, it’s a pity they decided to dedicate no space to kids.The sales associate was not very nice and seemed quite rude, nor did she care if I stayed as a customer or not. I took my business to little burgundy and was so glad I did.Won’t be visiting store again, as it seems that most locations have some pretty snooty staff.

Recently went in to try some shoes however the salesperson took away the other shoe from both styles I was trying. Other customers had both shoes available for them to try on and make a decision. Seems like she thought I might steal them. I didn't end up purchasing based on this experience.
