They gave the car after a warranty service to my son who is a new driver , while the brake was not working at all.
It was very dangerous situation and when we noticed and returned the car after a few days, they mentioned it is very dangerous to drive and a part needs to be replaced and it took 2 months to fix the car.
The dealership gave us a loaner car for around one month and when we returned the car they charged us around 500 for gas and also scratched rims. It was much cheaper if I had used Uber or Lyft.
Still my car is not braking properly !!!

Awesome experience,
Justin Ni helped us from start to finish, he made the process of buying a car and trading in a car out of province so seamless, hassle free and enjoyable. He was responsive, cooperative and very proactive in his work.
The delivery process could not have been smoother, we arrived in our trade in, he and his team immediately begin changing out the plate, showing us to our new car. After paying and going through the new car, they gave us a bag of gifts to take home, just a great touch.
Overall, definitely our best car buying experience ever, thank you Justin for making it happen!

Although I don't typically service my car here or purchased a vehicle from this dealership, BMW Markham has been my go-to destination for genuine BMW parts, especially when I need them quickly.
I frequently visit their parts department and have nothing but positive experiences with the team. Mark Leung and Tony Ng, both exceptional parts consultants, have been incredibly helpful. When I can't locate part numbers on REALOEM, they expertly navigate BMW's technical systems to assist me. They answer all my questions in great detail, and when I special-order parts, they keep me updated throughout the entire process.
Thank you, Mark and Tony, for consistently helping me with parts for my BMW M240 and my mom's 3-Series. Even though BMW Markham is a bit of a drive for me, I choose to make the trip most of the time just to work with these outstanding professionals. Their assistance has been invaluable, and I truly appreciate everything they do.

Unbelievable. Let's start with, good luck trying to speak to a human when you call. Their service department is managed by AI, and if you leave a message, which I did about 5 times, no one ever calls you back. Next, before I even arrived their AI tried to upsell me on service (add $400 to my bill). Upon dropping my car off, they layered in extra things I didn't need taking an oil change to $1200. Further, make sure you know if your car is under warranty because they will try to get you to pay for parts that should be covered (telling me I needed to buy a $1900 part). My car was there for over 2 days, and it's still not fixed. I had to leave 4 messages to find out the status of the new part, and I'm still not done. I will NOT be using this dealership again.

Jimmy was amazing. I purchased a new X3 from another BMW dealership but unfortunately discovered that it did not meet my needs shortly after I had taken delivery. I was able to trade it in for another vehicle and was offered a very fair trade in price on the original vehicle at BMW Markham. It immensely relieved my stress from feeling “stuck” with a vehicle that I was not able to enjoy. Jimmy took care of me throughout the process and I am so appreciative. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Recently went in for general service, from start to finish Kennard Chan displayed excellent customer service. I had the opportunity to speak with the manager Keith Cheng who also explained the processes that goes on while the vehicle was in their possession. Definitely returning for future service.
