I would give 0 stars if I could. First I came to store tires, there was a deal so I decided to give it a try. With each seasonal tire change they tried to upsell me something, from tires, to wheel lugs. Worst part is they were convincing me something was not good (the reason for attempt of sale), while reality was different, and all of this while arguing with me, but barely speaking English. The old guy who did the work couldn't speak English at all.They even told me that some wheel lugs were so bad, that if they take my wheels off, they won't be able to put them back on. I took just tires (off rims), went to my mechanic, who interestingly didnt have that problem. They tried to sell me 10+ lugs for 9,10 bucks each. And that's "with the discount". Are you insane?On top of that, they damaged 2 of my wheel caps, which I lost while driving.They also charged me extra money for having tires stored 6+ months, and they just guesstimated that based on the time (month) I came to swap them, not based on when I actually stored them last time.I would advise to anyone who cares about their vehicle, respect, and dignity to STAY AWAY.

Terrible store, they patch up damaged tires and repaint them to sell as used tires. They have no safety standards at all. The employees are all inexperienced newcomers who can be put to work right away. It's really important to be cautious and avoid this shady store. The owner is from Shenyang and has a terrible attitude, which is a disgrace to people from Northeast China.
A particularly bad store. They repair broken tires and then repaint them and sell them as second-hand tires. There is no safety at all. The employees are all new and inexperienced and they can just change them. You really need to be careful to avoid this black store. The owner is from Shenyang. Yeah, the people are so bad, it’s a shame for Northeastern people.

I don't know how their tire business is like but if my uhual experience is any indication of how this business operate, I will STAY AWAY. The mid age lady with glass behind the counter was rude, condescending, flat out lying and refusing to help me process my truck rental when I have a reservation booked. She was so rude, when the uhual customer service rep heard how she was talking to me, they immediately book another truck at another location (in and out in 10mins). I've previously read review of how bad this place was but still decided to take the risk and use this place since it was closer to the highway, big mistake. Anyways, wanted to save people the stress of dealing with these people. If something so simple and they can make it this difficult and not take responsibility, I wonder what happen when something goes wrong with with your tires, I was lucky to get another truck that was available at another location.

They are good but zero customer experience efforts from them when you walk in.They don't greet or anything they just wait for you to shout your Business otherwise they're busy laughing and teasing each other.Business wise they are good and that is all that matters to me personally.

Terrible business place I ever had. Poor system and service. They asked to deposit for the order of tires so, I sent money. After that, nobody answer the phone, email, text. (I DID Everything). I asked to refund they said I should wait for a month. Don't go there If you don't want to waste money and time.

VERY POOR SYSTEM AND SERVICE. I was referred by a friend, said that winter tire price here are good. I bought 4 winter tires Friday. I was told will receive call from them and can install by Monday. no one called, I called back and they schedule me Wednesday morning 10 am to install. when I came here I realized they told every single customers to come at 10am no matter what kind of service. and said "first come first served". then they said to everyone:"you have to wait. at least two hrs" I ended up waited for two hours since I was the forth in the line and late for my work. to be honest. don't waste your time and money here, there's only one front receptionist work each day and really poor service quality. I could've find a better place with better price, but I made a mistake purchased from them.

Ripoff... went there for 2 used tires. After i got there. They
doubled the price they gave me on the phone for the same 2 tires. They then wanted to charge me 25 for each stem valve. When I asked them to clean the rim belfiore installing the tire, the said its another $10 per rim. They didn't balance the tire and left the old weights on the tire.Worst service I ever had. Definitely NOT recommended for anyone.

Worst place for service. Tire did not have good clearance and so I asked them to take the wheel off my truck. Got charged $25 for just taking ONE wheel off. That imo is beyond greedy. I even offered to borrow the tools so I can take it off myself. Shady Chinese workers. Stay away. Not worth your time.
