Ordered and did to get my order right.Do not believe their website or product features.They admit thier mistake but did not do anything. I made my first purchase from AutoEq for a TruXedo Lo Pro tonneau cover. The cover was shipped and received when said it would be. The web page was easy to use to find the cover that fits my truck. All went well.

Quick and easy transaction! Website is a little tough to navigate and has trouble loading at times, it that could just be my browser as well. Other than that product was what was detailed on the site and shipping was next day. Great experience overall!

Do not buy if you are shipping it from different location than your primary one. I'm currently renovating my house so I had to send it to my inlaws. Never sent out the Bak X4s because it's their company policy yet they charged my visa anyways. Anyways, waited 2 months, no show, asked for a refund, it's been over 2 months since they have issued it, still haven't gotten it. So dealing with 4 months of no product and no refund yet. If you have a choice to buy from Parts engine or T Dot performance, do that because customer service is very unresponsive and terrible.

Do not deal with AutoEQ. First my purchase was identified as being delivered in the wrong province. After contacting the delivery company and then AutoEq, I was provided with a different tracking number for a different delivery company. The tracking number always said that the number did not exist. Meanwhile about 5 days have past and AutoEq would not try to find the parcel. I finally got ahold of the delivery company and was told the wrong address was on the package. AutoEq was of little help. After 11 days the tonneau cover arrived. It travelled to various places in Moncton and Quebec before being sent back to AutoEq and finally to my address. Pathetic service from AutoEq. Consider yourself warned not to deal with AutoEQ.

Can NOT Return items to this store. Phone number listed in illegitimate. Return request form on the web site is never responded to. Better to find yourself a local company with some customer service
