“I popped in frazzled into CSN (thinking it was the former Car-star which I used for body work years ago), after bumping a parked car on a street as I was backing out of a driveway. My very first at fault accident after 43 years. I wanted to get an estimate for my dented bumper to see if I could avoid claiming it on insurance. Laila the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. My corner back bumper was dented in quite a bit and was very obvious. As my car is 14 years old, Bud offered to fix the dent for me at no charge since that issue was quite minor. Luckily, Shawn had time to fix it right then and there as I waited no more then about 10 minutes. I was so happy when I saw it completed. I can totally live with the fine crackled paint at the sight for my aging car that’s hardly noticeable unless you are right up to it. More than half my stress was instantly gone! Now all I only had to worry about was the much newer car I bumped get repaired to that owner’s satisfaction. Accidentally, walking into CSN turned out to be very helpful for me….who would have thought I could get it repaired right then and there and drive it home that same afternoon, Thanks very much to Bud, Shawn and Laila for your wonderful service. I now have a go to place if my vehicle or future vehicle needs body work, especially if something happens suddenly and is a place close to home.”

He is honest and super knowledgeable about Porsches! I have a 2009 911 4s that he has taken impeccable care of. I have also just added a 2013 Cayenne Turbo to the stable that he will be servicing as well. On more than one occasion he has given me great advise on either pre purchase Porsches I’ve been considering or any related issues to my current drive! Also his flexibility allows me to drop off my car and have him finish it same day which is something I truly value. His wife Hilde runs the front end and is an equal and absolute pleasure to deal with as well. Behind every great man…. as the saying goes!!!
