Professionally done. Process all insurance pre-approved paperwork. I don't have to pay anything, deductible also waived for this repair. Even without insurance, I still would come for their quality service.

Both John and Tim were kind and professional. They explained everything in detail, handled the insurance claim for me and even provided advice to care for the windshield replacement. Just overall provided great customer service and would go back if their services are needed again.

Great, honest shop. A stone hit my windshield, and I called this location (as recommended by my insurance company). I called them and they saw me right away, and was waiting for me in the parking lot when I pulled up. They said it was a pit, no repair required as it would only be a cosmetic repair that would not last. Saved me some money and relieved my stress. Would highly recommend this company and if I ever needed them, would return to this location.

We brought our car in to repair some windshield stone chips, but they explained that it was just a pit and didn't need repairing at the moment. This saved us a good amount of money and we would go back here in the future for their great customer service.

Very pleasant experience. Very nice courteous staff. My windshield had rain sensors and honestly, the replacement was better than the original from my reckoning. It took them only 1.5 hours to replace the windshield and they even re-attached my parking pass to the inside.Service: Auto windshield repair

I went to Apple Auto Glass for a quote to replace my windshield. Apple Auto Glass is extremely expensive. They quoted me double the amount, $1680 plus tax vs multiple quotes from other places $600 -$695 plus taxes....I would recommend you shop around first. Same windshield being bought..And all locations I've checked are priced without insurance including Apple Auto Glass. I don't care how nice you are, don't rip off people...

Simple process to make an appointment. The unit is tucked away in an industrial plaza and a little hard to see. Doesn't look like much but the space inside is clean and the staff very courteous. The work was done professionally and cleanly, and the car was ready in half the time that I was told. Not much to do right at that plaza, but a short walk south there are a bunch of options from Starbucks to ChaTime to a variety of restaurants. A good way to kill time.

Apple Auto Glass was recommended by my insurance broker as an honest and reliable organization. Once I spoke with Tim, I was also convinced this was the right place to get the job done. Everything went as well as I could expect, first rate customer service and a first rate replacement of my windshield. I will certainly recommend it to friends and family.
