I come here every time I visit Markville and it always amazing. The workers are super friendly and have amazing customer service skills. Shoutout to Sadie and Hadassah making our experience exceptional! The playlist in the cafe was fire too. Always a great vibe here, can’t wait to come back. Oh yea the drinks are great too

The cafe looks good from the outside which is why we went in. The chai latte is just ok, not as good as Starbucks’ chai latte (has a deeper chai spice flavour than A ok which tastes almost like instant chai). The matcha latte is also ok, not the best but good enough to sip while chatting.
The limited baked goods offerings are also just ok (3*/5). I will only return if I need a quiet place to have coffee, something not found anywhere in Markville mall.

Food: Iced matcha latte was bland, but the almond croissant was tasty! I just wish it were warmed up.
Atmosphere: Music was overwhelmingly loud and the genre was not ideal for cafe ambience.

They only have one size for lattes, the coconut pandan is very popular so I got it, it was $7.46 and it was pretty good. The area is a laptop free zone so be mindful of that but all in all a pretty nice space inside the mall/aritzia

Customer service is 0 .
The staff working there is absolutely clueless , does not know how to professionally deal with customers for such an high end expensive place .
Coffee is overpriced .

Amazing Matcha and service. I prefer it over Starbucks. Chocolate Croissants are amazing when fresh. They are delivered when they open in the morning. Dont expect fresh ones like i did an hour before closing.

Was really looking forward to trying this cafe because of how aesthetically pleasing they look but unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience. We ordered our drinks (chai and vanilla latte) which tasted pretty good. However, the server let us know when she bought our drinks to us that the cafe was laptop free. My problem with this is, there was no sign anywhere that said this was their policy and it was only told to us when we were being served our drinks (after purchasing). My partner had some work to do and if we had known, we would have went somewhere else. Then came back another day. Also the table next to us had a big tablet out and was playing tv out loud. so I personally think that is more of a disturbance. I went up to ask if they allowed tablets and the server rolled her eyes and said yes. I just don’t quite understand why they allow big tablets but not laptops. I think they should have a sign somewhere that states this policy so it is clear for customers.

Wow what a cool concept! This Cafe is awesome, with a chill ambiance and modern decor which blend well with the great music being played. The coffee is absolutely delicious and unexpectedly good, and the almond croissant must have been baked in Heaven!! For a Cafe inside an clothing store, this is wonderful. Now I have a reason to oblige when my daughter asks to go to Aritzia. A++
