Very disappointed, today was the worst of them all, I called young lady answered the phone I explained clearly what I was looking for, put me on hold for some time, when new staff join one should always shadow for 4 weeks to understand the business rather putting me on hold and answering other calls she should resolve my questions for what I was looking for, rather than on hold for approximately 5 minutes, listen to what customers want acknowledge your system is working resolve the issue right away and that is what customer service is all about

return policy is garbage. wont take unopoend wrong parts that they sold us. the next day.

Very bad customer service. Also very dishonest bussines practice. Got alternator from them and got charge a $90 core fee +tax. I was told I would get it back when I came back with the old one.When I came back they gave me the $90. But not the taxes. Then they just blame the government about not been able to give me the taxes unless I have a business.I spoke to another part store and I was told it's up to the store policy how they want to deal with it. That the government allow them to do it either way.Staff was very dismissive about it. Just blaming the government and saying they couldn't do anything.I also spoke with my friend who is an accountant and his take is that they probably just pocket the money.

do not go to this place, absolutely 0 knowledge in cars and the worst service i’ve ever experienced. i ordered oil 4 days ago and he told me it would be here today, i get there after i called and the lady on the phone told me it’s there, and there’s no oil. the attitude they showed was absolutely disrespectful and didn’t want to help even though it was there fault.

Very friendly staff. They have majority things you may need for your car; if not, they’ll order for you and should come in within a day or two

That guy Vjay is the worst, I called for the parts I need and he said they have it in stock, I went there and waited for so long so when I asked him about the parts I needed he said he never said anything on the phone that they have it in stock so he had to order it. I recommend for anyone not to go that store specially if your Asian, wasted my time and gas

been dealing with them 4 years ( retired auto mechanic) highly qualified parts people but you must know what you want i can phone or text and they make sure the parts are in or order for me. They then phone and email me. Good parts good prices but are very busy
