Rude staff. Staff refused to answer questions regarding ingredients in their desserts. Overall rude staff and not helpful or friendly at all. Wouldn't ever visit again, as they clearly don't care about customer service or customer retention. May also be a case of bias against certain types of customers.

ABSOLUTE WORST Customer Service EVER!!! I was there last night at around 8:30, I was standing at the our kitchen section waiting to be served. I took a number, there was one lady ahead of me, they called her number, served her. The staff just looked at me standing there and totally ignored me, very unprofessional. It wasn’t busy at all so I don’t understand why I wasn’t acknowledged. So I had to walk up to the counter and say Excuse Me can I get some help please. When one of the staff came to help she automatically started speaking Russian to me, I began speaking English to her. Very RUDE!! staff there. When I got up to the cashier I waited my turn. The cashier didn’t even say Hello, she just ignored me, it was like I was invisible. I should have asked to speak to the Manager. The staff at Yummy Market should really know how to treat their customers. I really wish I could give 0 star they don’t even deserve 1 star rating. I will be never go back to that location again. Very disappointed how I was treated.

As an Eastern European supermarket, it was fine overall. However, I couldn’t find a few things that I needed, which was a bit frustrating.
The biggest downside, though, was the relatively high prices compared to the other Eastern European supermarkets. I usually shop at the one near the Bathurst and Steeles intersection.

Words cannot describe how disappointed I am in this place. My friend was here today and the cashier she checked out with RACIALLY PROFILED her very VISIBLY. So so incredibly disappointed that this happened in this day and age. DO BETTER because that is disgusting behaviour and should not be okay.
