the worst phone customer service. the lady on the phone flat out told me i could not speak to a manager and there was nothing she could do the help me. very rude.

Be careful in the asles. The workers there on trolleys had boxes stack so high. Sure enough the box fell to the floor and I had to quickly grab my 4 year old out of the way. If I didn't it would of hit her. No apology too.
On another occasion last week I saw a worker pushed a trolley into an old woman very hard it hit in stomach and I felt so bad>.< she nearly fell to the floor. They need to be more careful around who is nearby and be mindful.

This is the WORST walmart ever; everything is dirty and disorganized, merchandise is priced incorrectly and the management need SERIOUS DISCIPLINE. These people have no idea how to run a business and only give customers a hard time. Customer service is absolutely useless. Do not bother coming here unless you’re looking for a bad time!

I made an online order, Walmart didn’t have the item in stock, sent me a email two days later cancelling my order. When I contacted them, they gave me a reference number (24102000520) however, are refusing to accommodate me and give me my money back.
I will not be buying online from Walmart again, and will now be looking for alternate places to do my shopping.
Update: After receiving a phone call that ultimately wasted more of my time, I will be filing a complaint tomorrow for misrepresentation under the consumers protection act.

Consumer Alert! Please make sure you check your bill on the way out!! I was overcharged and only because I requested a Manager and told her they should be ashamed to overcharge people was anything done. I actually was informed that if the item is below $10 then they have to give you one for free and if the item is over $10 then they have to give you a $10 discount on that item.

Just made a purchase from this location and the cashier was so rude. Not a hello or anything (i said hello and no response). At payment I had a bill in my hand which they proceeded to grab without telling me my total and handed me my change and moved on. I said have a good day and they didn’t even look at me. Simple things like this makes customer service. Do better.

The Absolute Worst Walmart Experience Ever
If I could give this Walmart location zero stars, I would. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I waited a ridiculous 20 minutes for someone to come and unlock the cabinet so I could buy baby formula. FIVE different employees passed by, and not a single one had a key!
Finally, someone approached my husband and casually mentioned that only two people have the key and, of course, both were on lunch at the same time. Unbelievable! When I went to customer service again to ask for help, the employee finally came with me, but his attitude was beyond disrespectful. He acted like I was the problem, even laughing in my face when I told him we had been waiting for 20 minutes.
This is by far the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. If you value your time and basic respect, avoid this place at all costs.
