The drive through lady was very very rude and impatient, said that we took too long and should have been prepared.We came in on Friday May 3rd around 8:11am.We needed a few moments and there were no cars behind us at first.I told her "I need a moment" as our dog was barking and my 3 toddlers were yapping at the back. But she was very impatient.I ordered a few things and said "I need a moment" to order few additional items, and she said "oh my god, how many I need a moment".I ordered a few more things and drove up to the window.The lady in the window (not sure if it's the same lady) said that we took too long and should have been prepared.I said that we don't know the menu by heart and I have 3 kids at the back. she said that because of us a customer drove away.On one hand yes I get it it's a drive-through but on the other hand we are the customer and we are ordering more and more food.Anyway was very unpleasant experience to start off our weekend get-away.Food was okey but the unpleasant experience left a bad taste.

Person who works here, should be looking for a job she likes bcs it seems like someone made her do the job, i don't think so anyone wants to start her day like this without smile, greeting or thank you or have a good day seems like nobody told her that you can greet the customers it ok doing that its not like someone gonna punish you for greeting or saying thank you or just provide what customers order

I attend this location often with no issues However this morning after leaving the drive thru and headed back onto the highway I realized that my steak and egg breakfast sandwich actually had no steak and instead had bacon (something i cannot eat). I tried calling the location multiple times but they never answered. I tried looking through the website/app and never found a spot to contact with my complaint. The breakfast sandwich unfortunately ended up in the garbage.

Dont use the drive thru here i never get my timmy points and they always are rushing you its better to go in or if you need a drive thru just get off at major mac get your coffee and get back on the highway.

It was like last coffee in Canada cause going out of country for while and was really excited for ice latte but the staff was in real hurry that didn’t wait for my order and at the end served me coffee but didn’t get what i said (who drinks ice latte with whipped topping ).

@Google, Can we get a Zero star option?1 star for this Tim Hortons is way too much!After moving to the area for almost 1yr now, they've managed to amaze me with a bad/wrong order EVERY SINGLE TIME! Today was the last time I'll ever stop at this time. Ordered an iced coffee, clear cup, could see right away something was wrong... Complained to the lady, she told me to mix/shake my drink. Did that and took a sip, tasted horrible. Complained again and asked for a new one. She took the cup and added sugar and gave it back to me... Seriously? What a joke this place and the workers.

By 6am everyday the drive thru is backed up and they only have 1 lane open. Start opening the 2nd drive thru lane for the passenger side, it would flow way faster and make the drive thru less backed up and wouldn’t need to spent 10-15 minutes in the drive thru.
