Excellent service from Franca. Best haircut layers . Will definitely comeback for her….Hair type: My hair type was very fine and flat, franca knows and recommended long layers for more volume which I absolutely love it.

Franca is amazing and professional hair stylist. I've been to Franca for several times for haircut and partial highlights and I loved the results. She was attentive and did the way I liked and made me looked good. Thanks to Franca for her professional hard work and she was chill and friendly to chat and made me feel like visiting a friend. ??

Had a terrible experience here a few months ago. I booked an appointment with Sema. Rushed like crazy to get therefor 5:15 on a weeknight from my office in North York. When I got there she made me wait just over 45 mins because she took a walk-in and was doing a long- processed perm. I was visibly upset that the actual client was apologizing to me but not Sema the stylist. The thing that I found very disturbing was that the salon owner( Claudia) was in the store taking inventory and replenishing products and saw everything that was going on and it didn’t even phase her. No apology no discounts offered nothing. I guess it was my fault I should’ve just left. Soooo very thankful now that I found Anna ( she was the previous manager here a few years ago). Anna is at First Choice in Maple just up the street. Thank goodness for small miracles.

I would give zero stars. Do not use this company. The owner, Claudia, KEPT MY MONEY when I purchased a product which did not work! I purchased (hair spray) and tried it a few days later. After using it once or twice it failed to work again. I called the store and told them the can of hair spray didn't work. They said no refunds or exchanges after 7 days and you must have a receipt. I cleared the head of the sprayer (as they recommended) and the mechanism still did not work. I called the store several times and the owner was absent and did not return my calls when given a message. Instead they called me back and said to call the 1800 number for SmartStyle corporate and yet no one returned my call. There appears to be no manager on site at the store or anyone with authority. When I went to the store, an employee phoned Claudia and again Claudia hid behind 'the policy' of no refunds or exchanges after 7 days. At that time, I even offered to buy a more expensive product and pay the difference. Claudia said no. I even suggested she return the product to her supplier Redken as clearly it was defective so she would not be out the money Well, I guess Claudia thinks that's ok, ethical and is good for business. The facts: I had proof of my purchase through a bank print out- it was only 8 days!, I did not ask for a refund, only an exchange for a working product. Does that make sense at all? Even her employee thought that was ridiculous and the worst customer service ever. I was very nice and calm about the absurd situation in the store. I really think Claudia should try to understand how she is being unfair to a customer. Further, the impact of her faulty business decisions produces poor quality of service and simply causes her to lose customers. Im sure this is not aligned with SmartStyle's corporate mission and reputation. Shame on you Claudia. I gave you every opportunity to rectify the situation.

I had worst experience in my life. I am wondering that rather she has knowledge of making eyebrow or not? I went there for eyebrow. I told her to make it little bit thin. Thats fine that she made it too much thin. I can tolerate that but both the eyebrows were in different shape. Working in salon still she didn’t know how make equal shape of both eyebrows. Omg how she able to manage to run Salon in walmart!!! I had to buy eyebrow pencil to cover her mistake.Apart from this rather than accepting her mistake she suggest me that “ oh you don’t need to worry , your eyebrows will grow in few days.” Oh man seriously, I had thick eyebrows and still she didn’t manage to shape it properly !!!Service: Eyebrow threading

Terrible service!!!! When I came to my appoint my master wasn’t on the site. Manager was supposed to do it by herself! Ok... but ex worker was in the salon and they started arguing about money... :( i had to leave with my nails NOT done!!
