I'm writing this review from in the store right now, this is an absolute trainwreck. We had ordered just under 4k worth of merchandise last weekend for delivery this past Friday, the headboard was delivered damaged.
Now ordinarily, this wouldn't be an issue, things happen and we get it - we called the appropriate people and were offered a replacement - we would have liked for them to have delivered immediately (like, over the weekend so we didn't have to arrange for someone to be home during work hours again) but they didn't go for that, so we compromised and did what we had to in order to be available for a delivery on Monday.
We then got the delivery today .... Another damaged product. You can would think there would be checks done so as to avoid this type of thing, but clearly not.
We called immediately, and it still feels as if the folks involved are avoiding us - 5 unanswered phone calls, a phone call we were expecting from the regional manager which is at least an hour later than we were told it was going to be (and counting) as well as no response from the customer damage report we sent in - oh, yeah, I almost forgot that they damaged our home in what has become nothing short of a debacle.
Will update if this is rectified, but it feels as if this is a bit of a clown operation at the moment. Buyer beware - id seen the good reviews which is what led me into the store, but, when it's bad, - it's TERRIBLE with these guys.

We have purchased all of our mattresses at sleep country ! Good selection of mattresses makes it easy to shop here ! Over the years we dealt with Craig who so kindly took the time to educate us on all the different types there are here ! We just realized we were long overdue on our king size mattress so last week I visited on my own to familiarize myself with their newest selections ! So happy to see Craig once more ! He took the time to tell me all about the features and benefits of each of the ones I was interested in ! Today I visited with my husband who sealed the deal ! I love shopping here at Sleep Country because of the product and the service ! Craig is such a pleasure ! Looking forward to getting better night sleeps !

we dropped by and purchased a mattress on Tuesday Dec 19not only their prices are double market price, they up sell mattress protector and a double bed matterss cover for more than 350 dollars., since we assumed high prices means perfect service.we agreed to be deliveredwe advised them to give us a call 30 minutes before arriving to make sure that we meet the delivery team. since we are working people and cannot wait 3 hrsat 834 i received a call from the driver and we advised him again to give us a window up to 45 min.at 951 i received a text message that delivery will be in 15 to 45 min, i stopped my work, cancelled all appointments and headed home.at 1030 no body showed up and i checked the app shows they will arrive 1052, then again at 11 10, then again at 11 17then i got a call that they will arrive at 1130, they came in at 11 32 am, instead of waiting 15 to 45 min, i end up waiting 1 hr 45 min.

If you are dealing with Craig..then run. He will misguide you and give you false hopes. Shame on sleep country for having a staff that first has no knowledge and then give false hopes and after the fact lie about it too.

Fake prices and disgusting guessing, pushing and pulling on discount and deals. This company will literally drive you crazy and paranoid. The sale refused to provide service once he know I already placed an order (which is supposed to be refundable!) I guess bc he doesn’t want ‘internal price competition’. I understand that and I don’t blame that on him. He is also very nice and polite but this company is just sick. Most unpleasant shopping experience ever. I was so tortured both mentally and physically by going to 5 different sleep country locations and repeated asking about the deals due to the unclear and unrealistic price set. As a customer it’s my right to compare prices and I should be able to shop wherever I want. Cancelled my order today and will never ever buy again.
