“i was at this walmart store earlier today at around 5:30 pm to pick up my online orders, there were 5 to 6 customers ahead of me and other customers kept on coming to the online pick up parking section. i met a staff called Angelo and he politely told me i had to wait a bit for my orders because there were customers before me and he was the only one working in that department today. i totally understand the situation so i went back inside my car and waited and Angelo was running back and forth to serve the waiting customers while it was sub zero and windy outside. he was going in and out non stop and i did not wait for long, propbably les than 5 mins and Angelo was coming towards my car with a sincere smile and i knew my orders were ready. Everything was neatly and perfectly packed and there was no items missing. Angelo was keeping his professiona lism and working very hard the whole time by himself. walmart should be proud and lucky to have a dedicated employee like Angelo. I would appreciate his service and friendly attitude while working in these intensed situations and awkward weather. I do recommend Walmart to reward this employee fairly and 5 stars to Angelo, you were awesome”

I was contacted by the one of the pharmacists and she has advised they will speak to the staff regarding how they handle multiple customers....when management follows up that's when you know you have a great place to take your business.

December 2021:
Been going there for years and in most cases there attentive to who came first and serve the customers accordingly....today was very different, I was passed over by this young girl who could care less who was first. Even one of the other customers noticed this.

I got to the counter and told her politely that she had passed over me twice. She gave me 2 separate excuses but not one apology or appear to care!!

Guardian maple pharmacy if you can't train your young people to be attentive and conscientious what does that say about my prescriptions being filled or assisting. Will they Care then?? Not a happy customer ?”
