With Nutricanine, we mix it with his current kibble or give it to him on its own, and he'll eat everything in his bowl. “Just started using Just Raw pet food about 1 month ago all the food is great except I find the duck has small bones in it and my dog spits the small bones out of her mouth which is great because I don’t want her choking on these small bones. They are quite sharp as well.”

I think my dog’s favorite item is the “mushroom.” We stuff it with canned dog food or frozen yogurt when we’re not home, and my dog can spend a long time playing with this entertaining gadget. Highly recommend this store for all pet owners!”

“When you first walk in to the store you will be in for a messy suprise but go to the back and the beautiful colors of birds and all different varieties. some big and quiet, some small and can sing but I think the super star was there little dog helper, very interactive and cute. “The staff were really friendly when I walked in. They have a special area where you can bring your dog by appointment, but you have to wash your dog yourself. They provide everything you need though, like a vacuum, bath, shower head, shampoo, and water bowl. Plus, there's a ton of different items for pets everywhere in the store (coats, food, bed, toys). Awesome experience overall!”

“Today I went into this Global Pet foods as this is the only franchise I shop at for my two cats; I feed them nothing less than the most premium pet foods I can source (Fromm is the brand I choose and to my knowledge can only be sourced at this franchise; it’s also the brand the owner Eva chose to feed her cats which has blessed them with 2 decades of healthy life).At global pet foods they have a very diverse incentive program that applies to many different brands and products.The incentive program that relates to Fromm’s bags of Cat food is; Buy 12 bags, get one free of the same size, I had 11/12 of the big bags (10lbs) purchased on my account, and then I also had 9/12 of the medium bags (4lbs) purchased on my account.I wanted to see about converting a couple of the medium bag credits from the incentive program to equal 1 more big bag so I could access the free bag on this visit.The Owner Eva let me know that there is a process to do such conversions with the credits from the program and unfortunately It wouldn’t be able to be converted today on this visit; However, she would set in motion the process of having that completed for me by my next visit.I did let her know that I adjusted my budget with the understanding that I was going to be able to buy my cats’ food with the credits and that I was down to my last bowl of food for my cats. She clearly appreciated the situation I was in as she said “I’m not letting you leave here without having food for your cats, give me a second honey”, this is when she rustled up 4 Samples of the only brand my spoiled cats will touch (Fromm), and she asked her trusted employee Brandon (who is very friendly and accommodating) to check the back to see if there were any returns of cat food by their preferred brand; Fromm(bratty cats??).After looking hard in the back, Brandon came through with finding a nice 4lb bag of top quality Fromm cat food of the “Healthy Weight” variety and it was looking like my babies were getting an early Christmas present! ??Thank you Eva and Brandon for looking at your customers as people responsible for caring for their beloved animals, and not just looking at them as a dollar sign, as some pet stores do.I appreciate you guys and I’m happy to support this store as it has supported me; always generous with new samples and amazing annual Customer Appreciation days (July 15th weekend).Sending our Holiday well wishes back to you and your wonderful team! ???☃️Regards,Derek ?♂️, Sonic ?and Rhea ?!”

“we are so glad we met Nick at a market and discovered the Dogora high top boots! Nick also helped us get fitted and showed us a really good technique to ensure the paw is in properly and the boot is secure.We were previously using the disposable (rippable) Pawz rubber (balloon) boots to help protect their paws against the salt but now that we have the Dogora high top boots, their paws are 1. dry, 2. warm, 3. and the boots don't rip (are not disposable!)the boots fit well and have 2 straps plus a drawstring at the back to ensure best fit.To my surprise when we got home and took off their boots their paws were dry and warm! we could not be happier! great quality and customer service!Highly recommend, especially if you want warm & dry paws!made for Canadian winters!”

For background, I have a small dog and when I went Global Pet Food store at Major Mackenzie, Alyse, was the person who assisted me with all my questions regarding my dog's nutrition along with suggesting certain products that I will definitely check out in the near future. Alyse and her team at Global Pet Food are amazing and very knowledgeable. Alyse took the time to go through everything my dog might need considering my beautiful dog, Taco, has special dietary needs. Alyse was very welcoming and knows a lot about dry food vs. raw food. This store is amazing!!!! Please visit, you will not regret!!!!”
