$7.99 for a small container of guacamole that is extremely spicy and heavily seasoned with cumin and no salt. I could barely taste the avocado. Never again.

Been to this location many times (Maple) and the young ladies in the supplements department are why I keep going back. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and always take their time to explain as I need explaining. ??

I never hear in this store " how can I help you" . I came in this morning at opening to pick up a loaf of fresh bread it was nowhere to be found I asked staff and no one knew anything about it eventually. Manager in a meeting and supervisor can't be found. I found one person that said check with deli the deli person said it'll be out in a minute but it took 15 minutes for him to bring it out so I had to wait around just to get a loaf of bread that should have been there already. I enjoyed watching someone walk around with a clipboard and it was nice of the stocking boy to ensure that the 24 packs of water was available for customers first thing in the morning but no not fresh bread. This is a problem with this store and it’s systemic in that they never say how can I help you they’re always looking at you dumbfounded when you ask them for help they always seem like they have no idea what they’re supposed to do and look confused training training training .Train your staff to say " how can I help you" even better "hello how can I help you," it's pretty simple
With my average cart being $80 plus dollars when not buying meat I would expect better service
All you can expect is "how can I help?" Ok let me get that for you and go to the back and get the product the customer wants
Supplements are expensive but there are other stores or better yet I am buying on-line if the in-store experience is horrible but I prefer shopping where human cashier's are working but a big self check kiosk that usually requires human intervention

Totally incompetent staff, unwilling to help, answer questions, or just treat you with basic politeness. We walked out and didn't spend our money there. Instead, we went to the Langstaff store for actual customer service.

This location is my go to location and I can confidently say my favorite to shop at. The staff are always nice to me. Greeted with a smile. The supplements and beauty section are so knowledgeable and have helped me. So grateful for everyone that helps me there. Thank you thank you!

Wow! The Maple Morgue. Sorry but what is wrong with all the employees? Is “miserable” a prerequisite? Terrible customer service by everyone. The cafe staff and beauty area staff are the worst. For a place that is supposed to promote WELLNESS and POSITIVITY - this is not the place. Get your things and run, it’s “CHILLY” in there. Lentil soup was watered down too.

Today I bought milk. I got home and went to try some and the best before date was March 28, two days before I bought the bottle. ~$8 for expired milk is unacceptable. I will not be coming back.
